Billy
Podiatrist
Billy joined us in January 2025 from the UK, he has been a podiatrist for two years since graduating in 2023. He has most recently worked at a prestigious clinic in the South of England.
He has a special interest in Biomechanics but also loves a friendly chat while helping people with skin and nail problems.
He has chosen Dunedin due to the outdoor lifestyle - particularly mountain biking and surfing!
Emelyne
Podiatrist
Emelyne joined the team in 2022 after graduating as a Podiatrist from Southampton University in England.
She also holds a Foot Health Practitioner Qualification and worked as a Deputy Manager in a Rest Home prior to completing her degree in Podiatry.
Julie (Joules)
Podiatrist
Joules has been a Podiatrist in the UK for over 25 years.
She has joined us to be nearer her son who is a dairy farmer in Southland. She loves the coastal lifestyle in Otago and is excited to spend her downtime exploring with her Husband.
Julian
Podiatrist
Julian has spent many years working in the Biomechanics and MusculoSkeletal fields - initially starting a ski instructor, ski boot fitter and then a technical sales rep in the Podiatry world.
He retrained as a podiatrist around 15 years ago.
He joins us to work in our Alexandra and Cromwell clinics so he can be close to the ski fields.
Natalie (Nats)
Senior Podiatrist
Natalie joined the team in 2021 when she moved from the UK to South Island NZ with her partner to be nearer the mountains and ski fields of Otago.
In the UK Natalie worked as both a private and NHS senior Podiatrist but also spent 12 years training and working as a Podiatric Surgeon.
Natalie is a fellow of the College of Podiatric Surgeons (FCPodS) and in her last role in the UK was a limb salvage specialist.
Natalie is also a Podiatrists Board of New Zealand Board Member.
Ruth
Podiatrist
Ruth is an experienced Podiatrist with over 30 years experience.
Ruth is based in Oamaru and covers our northern geographical area from Dunedin city to Oamaru. Ruth looks after many of our rest homes and some of our rural Maori Health clinics along the Otago coast.
Ruth loves dealing with people and keeping their feet comfortable.
Megan
Administrator / Reception
Megan is the 'real boss' and keeps all of the team on their toes. She is most likely the first face or voice you will hear when you first contact us.
She joined us in 2019 from a background in retail and Administration - she is our 'magic touch' with our window displays and loves helping our patients find the perfect fit from our range of footwear.
Angela
Administrator / Reception (Afternoons)
Angela joined us in mid 2024 coming from a strong background in Government roles and customer service.
She is with us each afternoon to provide support to the podiatry team and to greet patients either on the phone or face to face in our Mosgiel Clinic.
Ian
Practice Manager
Ian is the owner and Director of Knox Podiatry. He manages the team of staff, the clinic locations and the contracts. He is equally happy fitting shoes and chatting to the patients on reception.
Fiona
Decontamination and Sterilising
Fiona is responsible for the decontamination, processing and sterilising of our 500+ sets of Podiatry instruments. She's our unsung hero behind the scenes! (She's also a little camera shy)
