All our socks are suitable for Diabetics - they either have a very loose elastic (bamboo) or honeycomb top (cotton or bamboo blend)

Sizing as follows:

Ladies 4-8 UK is roughly 6.5 - 10.5 US or 37-42 EU

Mens 6-11 UK is roughly 8-11.5 US or 39-45 EU

Mens 12-14 UK is roughly 12.5 - 14.5 US or 46-49 EU
